You will manage customers based in New Zealand and stay in regular contact with them. Are you interested in current web technologies and systems and have excellent English skills.
Your responsibilities:
- National support of existing customers as well as a strong focus on acquiring new customers and upselling
- Ensuring an excellent service for our customers
- Stand-alone discussion and negotiation
- Implementation and increase long-term customer loyalty through regular customer visits
- Work in an international and interdisciplinary group
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial education or an equivalent degree
- Ideally, knowledge of current web technologies and Internet Marketing
- A network in this sector is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness and a high level of presentation and negotiation skills
- A sense of responsibility and willingness to travel
- Excellent English skills
